They should improve their communication with clients
My overall impression is positive. Good products. Reasonable prices. Helpful consultants. I wrote them three times to clear out certain details about the products and they answered within 15–20 minutes. The order arrived on time and was properly packed. I am happy with everything except one thing ― they did not send me any notifications about dispatching. So I had to write them myself and ask. That is why I am going to take one star off. I want to be objective. That was a serious mistake. I was waiting for that email for more than a day. Still, I will turn to them again and recommend them to my friends. No doubt.
