Update by user Mar 20, 2021 Still the same CrapFone service. So no resolutions. Original review updated by user Mar 20, 2021 Got my refurbished LG Journey, tried to charge it while it's on, doesn't do it. Constant updates forced down the gullet, bad customer service where I have to type my issues. Problem, the keyboard doesn't work anymore on the website. Tested it on my computer, it's fine, but this prolonging hinderances is what this gives the Nicki Minaj award for worst service ever. User's recommendation: Avoid it like the COVID.
