Update by user Apr 27, 2021 Company continues to ignore my attempts to resolve. Terrible company. Original review posted by user Mar 28, 2021 I have tried many times to get some help from this company regarding their defective pots but they will not respond. It's a hit and run business with false advertising. Beware! User's recommendation: Run Away!!!
