They take your money for rent 3-5 days in advance; then they dont process it on time, so you end up owing more - interest, penalties. They are directly connected to your personal bank account. They are playing with your money to buy stocks/bonds, etc., while you risk losing the roof over your head. That corporations who own buildings force tenants to use such a vial system only proves the rich greed of corporations, to reduce people to poverty and garbage. This system should be illegal. Why is it required to pay through a 3rd party with online banking???? This is very disturbing. We have no choice to pay this way with the apartment rental. Its criminal and one day your sheer greed will catch up with you all. User's recommendation: Don’t rent from a place that uses this form of a payment system.
