I cannot redeem my points because I can't receive text messages on my ancient flip phone. You cannot redeem points without typing a code that they will text to you. In addition, it is impossible to chat with a person. They only provide generic answers to what they think is your question. I tried to call the number that I found for their parent company and received a recorded message that they don't take calls for "my points."
