They also don't provide coverage for anything that has the diagnosis "leak". If you claim a garage door service, then that is the only garage door they will service in the future (any other garage door will not be covered by them). Because of the amount of loopholes written into their T&Cs I hope to shed some light before someone else decides to consider purchasing a home warranty through this company. I am now trying to cancel the policy and they keep trying to talk me out of it and refuse to cancel the policy. I requested to terminate the policy over 2 weeks ago and they didn't act on it. I had to call them back again and they refused to listen to my request and kept trying to sell me on keeping the policy. I have never dealt with such an awful service or company.
