There are two screws that hold the hooks of my coach strap to the bag.this is an Abby duffel f31507. The screws come unscrewed daily and eventually I lost one. They refuse to send me replacement screw or to offer any alternatives to get a replacement screw. They wanted me to pay to return the whole bag for repair which is completely idiotic! It makes me want to go steal a screw from a local store! Completely unwilling to help a long time customer! User's recommendation: Do not buy from Coach if you think they will stand by their products because they won’t!
