They offered to buy software, but the first one didn’t work properly at all

I purchased Microsoft software from the company www.softwareking.com. I got it, but it was defective or locked, I wasn’t sure about it. I decided to contact the moderators and asked to help me. To my surprise, these jerks refused to help me and advised to buy other software from them. Seriously? They are real scammers and artists. Don’t deal with these guys.
