They offered me the new model at double the price

Purchased a telescope online from Barska Optics. They canceled my order stating I purchased last year's model and it was sold out. They offered me the new model at double the price ( The original price of the one I bought - used a promo code to get 50% off). Then they offered me the new model for same price I paid. Then they told me they were sold out of that model also and could not backorder one for me with at the price I originally paid. My child's CHRISTMAS has now been ruined since SANTA will not be able to deliver the BIG present she asked SANTA for. How does one fix that?
