My suggestion is don't give them the opportunity to give you the wrong information and continue charging you after you cancelled by phone within 7 days. User's recommendation: Don't give them your information. The 7 day cancellation is Balogna! The only answer they have is thank you for your credit card information! No company has all the answers as this one has demonstrated. My advice is don't take their advice or suggested solutions.
