When I order something from you guys I expect you if something goes wrong and I got wanting to update your payment method or even just called pretty litter they dont ever answer the phone they dont they dont respond when you do a live chat you get nothing and Im very upset about that you guys cant even call me back to make sure were to let me know that you got my new card number because I sent it to you days ago the least you guys could do is give me a call and let me know that its just out of self-respect. Very dissatisfied with how you guys do not respond to your customers when they call you User's recommendation: Answer the phone, or when you leave me a site where I can go and have a live chat you could at least have the person there I can’t even talk to nobody.
