way to many ?'s in the last 6 month of dealing with them..letters here letters there then you call to ask about them they literly don't answer there phones for 3 hours plus I had my home phone ad cell going for 3 hours and not a answer on one phone.... pretty sure they owe us money..... apology and not one of those stupid ones you get when u finally after 6 months get to talk to someone... it sucks that we have to trust a company who would screw there own mother than admit they did something wrong... CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS... I KNOW BECAUSE THAT IS WHAT I DO FOR A LIVING... GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER PEEPS!!!!
