On February 25, 2020 Ned Stevens came to clean my gutters and messed up the shutters on the window where they put the ladder. I called the office and reported this and the person that spoke to me told me I was lying, in those exact words! They refused to acknowledge the situation and did nothing about it. I am left with an expense bill of replacing and installing the shutters. I do not want this company ever contacting me again. User's recommendation: Do not use this company.
