Like several other people have mentioned, these guys just keep charging. I originally signed up for a years with them and after six months I was absolutely unhappy with the services they provided. After going through a lengthy back and forth over email I finally received a refund for the remainder of the unused months. Fast forward six months. I wake up, check my emails to find they have billed me for a full years worth of service. I tried calling multiple times with no luck and finally had to speak with the sales department and threaten legal action as well. These people are crooks and people need to know not to use their services. Go with Lynda.com. Much better content and easier customer service to deal with!
