I tried to reach Gregory Wills who is the CEO of TravelJigisaw who own Rentslcars.com.It known now that you find out the hidden charges after you already pay the deposit. They also told me to get that back you need to pay the balance. That's where I lost it, I got nothing but a head ache. They force you to pay a deposit to hold the car. Then they send you a new confirmation and that's when you find out the deposit is now non refundable with 250$ in hidden charges. I was told if you want to get it back all back, you then need to pay the balance. I did that and got another confirmation with further hidden charges and now I am in trouble. You get half of your money back and they keep the rest of the money. I will find a car rental at the airport even if I pay more. I am fighting them but beware of all rental car companies.
