to of 4 phone i bought from wal-mart through sprint. one would'nt work the other one fell in mud and crack on the inside. the phone the wouldn't work i got a free t-mobile card for and fixed it. the one that is cracked i have insurance on so i make a claim with allstate. User's recommendation: sprint is great, but don't subjest walmart there tech don't give you all the info you need.
