They help work and studies not to interfere with each other.
I was working full time and had to combine my professional duties with regular studies and online lectures. I completed the RN to BSN program in 2019. There were two daily classes for a year and a half that I had to go through. Of course, it was worth it, but, probably, not as easy as you might expect from the pre-paid service. This kind of education requires a bit of persistence. I had to do something every evening to boost up the progress and double the studies with the job. If you do have a willingness to get smarter and more educated, everything will do. The support is immense, and the instructions are always satisfying. The communication was polite.
