Basically jio was offering 30 days free trail. So I ordered a new connection, order no. NO0000HCX9CL. After completion 30 days. I have decided not to move with them. So I asked them to refund my money(1500).they have refunded 500 and said remaining amount will be credit in 3 to 4 working. It's been 2 months and haven't refunded my money. User's recommendation: No fast response.
