They haven’t provided any info about the purchase

I placed order on the website www.novidecor.com 2 weeks ago, but these scammers haven’t provided the confirmation info or any other details about the purchase. WTF? I called them, but their phone was switched off all the time. I sent emails through the website, but no one replied. Please, help me to reach these jerks and get my money back.
