We had a contract with this company and meet Jon Watson and Ali Watson at my home address. We agreed a price to develop a online travel agency business and we started the work. This took around 2 weeks to develop the website. Once the site was built and ready they agreed to make the final payment as per contract. Two different occasions Mr ali watson agreed to pay the balance the next day. Then out of the blue a telephone call saying he found cheaper online and will go ahead with the other company unless I can prove it isn't the same product. He basically said asking someone to build you something and returning it or changing your mind is like simplely returning a product back to marks and Spencers! He said it in a very sarcastic way and abused me because he knows I have learning difficulties. This is a company who goes back on their word! Who agrees to a contract and then tries to pull out later leaving the developers out of pocket. Had his son threating over the telephone, being very abusive. I still have the recordings on my telephone! This company doesn't know how to treat people!
