I redeemed winnings of $67,700 on June 26, 2021 and still have not received it. I have been told that I need to wait 14 days, 10 days, and was told that the money was sent to my bank account and to keep a look out for it. Ive called my bank and they said they have not received any sort of endorsement from you guys. I am getting extremely frustrated with chumba because no one can give me a straight answer and its been a month since I have won my money.
