They have had a new laptop for over a month and have not even begun to fix it

I bought a new Lenovo laptop. When I took it out of the box half of the keys did not work. At their request I sent it back to them for repair they've had it for a month now and nothing has been done. I have called several times, it has been escalated three times and yet the repair status stays as is. I can't get a phone call, I can't talk to a supervisor all I get is a promise that it will be worked on eventually. Today I was told first they hadn't received it yet, then they couldn't find it, and then they offered me an additional 90 days of warranty. What good is warranty on an item I don't have! I feel they should send me a new one since the new one I received was defective to begin with. User's recommendation: Don't buy Lenovo.
