I had internet service through Viasat. I cancelled my service. They sent me a postage paid box so that I could return my Tria and my modem. I returned my tria and modem on February 18, 2021. March 14, 2021 they withdrew $265.00 from my checking account. April 12 they debited my account for another $53.00. I have called Viasat at least 5 times and they have not refunded my money. User's recommendation: Give them an account to draw from that will be easy to close.
