They don't train staff. If you do something wrong you get written up. They don't follow the law on Childline either. They are supposed to train staff. If you are a mandated reporter and file a complaint you will be fired for insubordination (They will find reasons). They don't return calls timely or at all. They don't communicate well with staff at all. They don't take suggestions. They worry more about money than staff. No benefits, poor pay, last minute job assignments, last minute cancellations or assigning jobs that shouldn't have been assigned because schools were closed, not paying for all jobs, poor pay, no reimbursement for traveling long distance, you pay for all permits, background checks, teachers or staff can put you on the secret do not hire list if they are prejudiced or don't like you, they don't care about the student's well being when an employee notates issues, etc the list goes on, saved correspondence to show that staff will cover up poor behavior of management and will fire a lot of them to help cover up issuesn not EEO Compliant
