EA really needs to change the way they do things in their office. Customer Care cant help you and Terms of Service team pretends to do investigations but they just really sit at their desk and hit deny buttons all day the lack of empathy for paying customers is sad especially if you have invested your time and money into their products. If someone hacks your account and they ban you good luck they dont care User's recommendation: stay away from EA.
