This is the third time working with you guys. Each time there is an excuse for reasons why something is wrong with my claim. My doctor has faxed you paperwork and emailed you paperwork. Yet you state you have not received it. I am about to lose my job because I need time off for medical reasons and I do t have my fmla sent from you guys for approval. You just say you havent received the paperwork. Im getting tired of dealing with you guys. User's recommendation: Don’t use.
