They do not care about long term paid customers

I am a paid user. Not only the application itself but also the things you could buy separately. In the past they were very serious about helping. Almost immediately you received and answer. Now you get an automatic answer, that it is busy and they will come back to you ASAP. Which never happens... There was updates, not often, but when needed to solve bugs. Well, Incredimail never worked correctly with Windows 10. Since than it is one and all bug and unsolved issues. And they do not care any more. And you can still buy the product. It is going to look like one of the bigger scams! Crashing all the time. Sorting Folders doesn't work. (E.g. I have been busy sorting manually folders for hours, only to find out the next day that the Folders were mixed up again)
