I worked with Anthony,at first he found that I could go back to old health in.from Humana Gold.I had surgery for my knee June 4th,this was May 15th.I asked Anthony is that do able,no problem.From now to the end I did all the work.3days did not return any,getting close to op.I heard call you 10 min.2hrs.get the call.We needed a letter of refusal from Humana 2to 3 weeks.He is not doing anything,he gives me # to call.The best thing he said was he was real busy.When Iget E-Mails it has Michael name not his. No way to get op.,, with there rerouted from Mike to Anthony.People don't know him.I talked to Heather,she did not know Anth.Now I got Humana's letter to Ohmha.She printed it out3 of June.Ah no perscription plan.Anth. Gets a Med prep. Rep,Anth. 10 mins he will call One Hour1/2 he calls 7:30 calls,his phone dose not work.What they did for me was 12 days of pain and swollen knee and NO PERSCRIPTION PLAN till July.Worst Company I have delt with in 60 yrs.
