My auto payment was discontinued. I got a text my power was to be turned off. Raquel took care of it immediately and the bill was paid. I mentioned I was out of town with my first grand baby and could not do a check payment as I did not have the routing or account number. After Raquel fixed my issue, she sent me a Congratulations for my new grandchild. This was above and beyond what I expected.
