They claimed our bill pay payments were returned and threatened a balloon payment

We have illness house since 2006, and suddenly in March of this year, they started returning our payments. Some payments were returned weeks later. They claim were not paying the bills so they have threatened us with a balloon payment and possibly losing our home. No one can give me an answer. User's recommendation: Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
