NHello, I was booking a flight for Aeroflot flights 400 and 401 , Moscow to Cairo and Cairo to Moscow, on 30 th of April and 10th of March, respectively. I entered my booking details on flight network along with my credit card information. Then I clicked review order and when I saw that the final price has increased due to airline increase in price I decided to cancel the booking (not confirm it) and leave the page of Flight network. Then I see that I was still charged by FlightNetwork for the ticket I didnt even end up booking. This looks like a huge scam. I have confirmation from the bank about the charge. Meanwhile, flight network didnt send me any additional confirmations or eticket. Its like 1400 dollars just vanished. I cant reach their customer service, I am going to take legal action against them if this is not resolved.
