They charge your card and then don’t ship anything.

I ordered a hat as a birthday gift for my dad. Their website says to allow up to 3 days for products to be "picked" and shipped. The hat I picked was marked as in stock and ready to go. There was no indication on the website or during the checkout process about orders taking longer than 4 days to ship out. It was been 3 weeks since I placed the order and it's still marked as 'processing'. I've contacted customer service and was told the warehouse would ship "next week" and would email the tracking number. No explanation as to why and didn't even acknowledge the delay. 4+ weeks processing time is absolutely unacceptable for a product they advertise as having in stock. I have requested the order be cancelled and have heard nothing back. I'll be contacting my credit card company soon. I wish I had googled looking for reviews before placing an order, my experience is not unique. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.
