They cancelled policy even before filing my claim for an accident

I was in an accident, a minor fender bender, I tried calling to make a claim. Closed, call back during normal business hours, seems reasonable. Start calling at 9am and on hold with automated service for an hour and a half before it dropped me. This happens several times right when you hear a representative as well. I finally reach someone around 4 hour marker, 1pm. They take down some information and say I need to be transferred to another department. BACK on hold annnnnnnnd dropped. The process repeats itself. Around 3pm I get ahold of someone and they have the audacity to tell me that option 1 "file a claim" isn't the right department and need to dial another extension. Rage ensues, they hang up on me. It's ok, I get it, I was being an *** to that representative. I give up trying to make a claim at 5:30pm. Several days later, I receive a latter in the mail stating they won't be renewing. kkthanksbye tldr: During my 8 hour adventure time on the phone waiting to speak to someone and file a claim, I searched up this companies reviews. Absolutely appalling, 0 customer service. User's recommendation: Please please please find another company.
