Update by user Nov 27, 2020 We had a court date in small claims court Nassau County,NY and the defendant Great Value Vacations did not show up. CEO BenBlock. COO Adam Zerlin. At very least you could appear. Or offer a REFUND. Original review posted by user Oct 28, 2020 I booked trip to Greece in November 2019 for my husband and I to travel June 2020 with Great Value Vacations. They cancelled trip due to covid and refuse to refund my $5000 plus. User's recommendation: DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY.
