They Cancelled My Son’s Reservation

My son reserved a truck 3 months in advance of a cross country move. They gave the truck to someone else on moving day. There wasn't a truck in Baton Rouge. We found one in Gulfport , MS. that's 2 hours away. What a trashy thing to do to someone on MOVING DAY.Don't ever use Penske. An apology would have been nice. User's recommendation: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
