I flew from California to Fargo ND and had a room paid for. The hotel is saying that it was cancelled on their end by accident and that I need to get refund from orbitz and pay them or have orbitz switch what kind of room that money I paid is going towards. I cant get ahold of virtual agent online or real agent on the phone. Been on hold for 45 minutes. Im now stuck in Fargo ND with no room and very little money.
