Luckily I called the restaurant to make sure they had my online order. They did, but they said it had been canceled. I did NOT cancel the order. I got a confirmation #, but no indication the order was canceled. Luckily my card was refunded the money, that's seems like a miracle. The restaurant had no idea why the order was canceled. I am now speaking to a Chownow Rep, The have me on eternal hold User's recommendation: DO NOT USE CHOW NOW!!!
