service stinks /warranty protocols are not customer friendly .do not buy a Husqvarna product if you are expecting a easy or even logical warranty experience User's recommendation: do not buy Husqvarna if you think they warranty anything without jumping through hoops!!! if you a residential cust who does not have easy access to a trailer to cart your 35000 zero torn to a dealer for a broken piece of plastic footrest on a 2 day old zero turn (for example) do not buy Huskqvarna.
