They are unable to resolve the problem of my subscription

I called, in February, and talked to a gentleman about the reason the magazine couldn't seem to understand my subscription was paid for. In fact, I had gotten an email stating they had received my check for four subscriptions. That check was cashed by that company. Come on folks, let's get this squared away.
