I decided to cancel my ticket since the changes made by the airline were unclear and didnt meet prior conditions at time of travel. I was supposed to get reimbursed within days. Fast forward two weeks and still nothing. I get email from flighthub stating actions require but the wait time is still overwhelming with above 3hrs wait and never get to speak with agent. They never processed my refund User's recommendation: Do not use. You’ll be disappointed and drained.
