SILVER LAKE RESORT is a complete SCAM!!! DO NOT FALL for their sales pitch. They make it sound like owning a timeshare with them is such a money-saving way to vacation. It is the exact opposite. Booking on your own through a travel site is cheaper across the board. You definitely do not get what you pay for. They promise you are able to book at thousands of locations and at the last minute. None of which is true! The maintenance fees continue to climb over the years even if you are not using the program. If you want to bank your points year after year there is ANOTHER fee to do so. There are always added fees, something which they fail to tell you during the presentation. DO NOT go to the presentation! You will be held hostage for hours on end and have sales reps continue to badger you until you cave and sign the papers just to escape. Once you sign those papers there is no escape. You are trapped! Even when you stop paying them you are FOREVER trapped! Oh and they conveniently leave out the part where your children will have to take on your debt with them if anything happens to you. They conveniently leave out a lot of information upfront. I repeat DO NOT BUY A TIMESHARE with SILVER LAKE RESORT!!!! You will forever regret putting your name on that contract!!!!
