I signed up for their "unlimited dental brushings and nail clips" for $19.00 a month only to discover they are 2 to 3 weeks out for an appointment. When I called Shaun the manager at Waugh Chapel Maryland site to ask for a refund, I was promptly informed I needed to contact their "customer service" whereupon I stated " here we go with the *** prompting him to hang up. Guess his little virgin ears could not take it. It's been 2 hours of trying and I'm shuffled from one department to another. Had to cancel my credit cards. I've been a lifelong customer, but will never set foot in another PetCo, Read the terrible reviews of this company! User's recommendation: Stay away from PetCo.
