My partner received an $8000 loan using a guarantor with these arseholes and was always on time to pay off his loan repayments until our youngest son who has Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome had a failed open heart operation and my partner had to stop working to be with our son whilst he was in the Paediatric Intensive Care Unit at the childrens hospital and then be there for our other 5 children once our son was on ward but still recovering. We were told there was no financial hardship policy. We had no money to pay our bills, support our 6 children and afford to live in Brisbane while he was in recovery. They kept taking money from his guarantor which was embarrassing and put more stress on us and we had to pay back the guarantor as well as keep up normal payment with these *** wipes and worse or son went back into hospital for an emergency heart op and we went through it all again. This whole thing has left us completely broke and we are struggling to get by with 6 children and one who is severely sick. DO NOT go through these f#*kers they are bastards.
