I had a flood in my basement and when they came out they didn't try to sell me anything like 3 other companies did. they found the problem which was a broken pipe and fixed it cheap ! they were so honest! $1,250.00 that was it. Everyone else wanted $7,000 to $8,000. for a french drain system around the entire basement. I didn't know too much about construction but didn't have the money to even install the french drains. I didn't understand why I never got water before but all of a sudden got the basement flooded. Basement Waterproofing Specialists showed me where my pipe was leaking, which made sense. They fixed it with minimal time down and cleaned up the water and mold and the smell is gone!
