I called to complain and found out I was talking to a third party in the Philippines. All they offered was to take 50% off and cancel my order. I only wanted to try this and they said I need to send it back within 14 days of ordering and to get the full refund you must send it back unopened. None of this was disclosed when you ordered and they did not mention any pricing other than the free trial; how can you tell if you like something if you cannot try it? They kept saying I signed the contact but I did not sign anything. I read about this scam two weeks after my initial ordering and was amazed how many complaints there were. One man kept getting billed and was up to $600. He had ordered for his wife to try, and they put him and others through *** Beware of them; you cannot contact them directly. It's hard to tell where they are located but I think they are in either CA of FL. I hope the Better Business Bureau shuts them down and hope the owners of this company rot in *** They also go by ambereyes which is what showed up on our credit card.
