They admitted to dropping the ball, but still haven’t picked it up yet.

On Thursday Atmos discovered a leak outside, in the street infront of my home. The finished digging up at 3am and stated that they are moving the meters from the inside to the outside and that the gas will be off for "a couple of hours". The left and didn't return. After calling and calling, an employee shows up at 10pm Sat night and states that someone should have hooked the gas back up Friday. And that it would be done Monday. Mondays, at midnight an employee shows up and states that he can only hook up one of the four meters because that is all his workorder states one even thought he is looking at four new meters.
