There’s NO customer service

Called on three different phones. Tried three different numbers listed from the website directly. Was on hold on the automated answering system about an average of 45 minutes on all three. No one EVER picked up. I emailed also. No response. This company has a terrible communications system. They still charge you a fee though, even though you call over 24 hrs before an appointment, but by the time you hold on the phone, it's after the 24hr window. For the FBI to use this company tells you something. Better make sure you don't need help cause you're on your own. User's recommendation: Don't Expect Help from Fieldprint.
