l have called UnitedHealthCare Dual Complete plan several times to obtain mental health/ addiction treatment for my daughter. Two facilities were given White Sands Treatment Center in Tampa, Fl., Fort Lauderdale Behavior Health Center both are terribly substandard and unable to treat someone with the complex mental health issues my daughter has. She has been treated in Mayo Clinic in Rochester,Mn . and di User's recommendation: Don't get this insurance if you live in Florida and need mental health services.
