Their warranty support is as faulty as their wheels.

Bought an 80v Kobalt lawn mower 3 years ago. Thought it was OK except the wheels were wobbly, lots of slop like they used wrong spacers or bearings, but usable. There was a five year warranty so they knew what they were doing? When the bearings broke I took it back to Lowe's- they said that Kobalt wheel bearing failure is normal wear, not covered. User's recommendation: Assume this equipment is not durable and has no real warranty.
