Their mobile app is a bit buggy and not user-friendly

The bank recently launched the mobile app for simple transactions and access to reports. I was over cloud nine when I heard about this, and wanted to try the app as soon as possible. The reality was a bit disappointing, since all pages were only about to be filled with information. When I called the bank, they told me that soon the app would be 100% active. Through some time, I opened the app again, and saw that I may skip direct visits to the branch since all services are available online. Beyond that, I want to say that their website is convenient as well. So, as of now, my experience with the bank is great, and I hope to enjoy more features in the near future. Do not believe bad reviews until you experience all on your own.
